Request for Applications (RFA): Technical Assistance and Partnership Support States (TAPS)

Nemours Children’s Health (Nemours Children’s) is pleased to announce a Request for Applications (RFA) to fund organizations interested in participating in Healthy Kids, Healthy Future Technical Assistance Program (HKHF TAP). Launched in August 2018, HKHF TAP is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and implemented by Nemours Children’s Health. HKHF TAP provides technical assistance (TA), tools/resources, and financial support to embed healthy eating and physical activity standards into state early care and education (ECE) systems and settings.

Under HKHF TAP, Nemours Children’s Health aims to:

1) improve the establishment and maintenance of results-driven partnerships

2) improve the identification of best practices and the implementation of evidence-based/informed programs and services

The objective of this RFA is to identify and fund a partner organization in one state to launch activities in 2022. A list of eligible states is included in the RFA attached to this message.
