Nourishing Healthy Eaters (NHE) Training Resources

Use the NHE resources to support healthy eating practices in early care and education.

NHE Curriculum

The NHE training series consist of three workshops ranging from 60 to 90 minutes long. Trainers are encouraged to combine or divide sessions to adjust to time constraints and requests of early care professionals. Each of the three sessions has recommended handouts and activities for virtual or face to face facilitation. The NHE Facilitator Guide contains suggested speaker notes. Links to the videos can be found in the notes and are also linked to the slide pictures in the PowerPoint Presentations.

The NHE curriculum was updated in August 2022 and is available in English and Spanish.

The Wellness Workbook

The Wellness Workbook helps ECE providers, families, and community partners work together to raise fit, happy children.
