Physical Activity Learning Session (PALS) Resources
Use the PALS resources to increase physical activity best practices in early care and education.

The PALS training series consist of five workshops ranging from 60 to 90 minutes long. Trainers are encouraged to combine or divide sessions to adjust to time constraints and request of early care professionals. Each of the five sessions has recommended handouts and activities for virtual or face to face facilitation. The PALS Facilitator Guide contains suggested speaker notes. Links to the videos can be found in the notes and are also linked to the slide pictures in the PowerPoint Presentations.
The PALS curriculum was updated in June 2022 and is available in English and Spanish.
